Dave brings with him a wealth of international in-house/ agency talent acquisition and recruitment experience within technical, project and operational disciplines spanning across multiple market sectors including: Construction, Transport, Power, Renewables, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Mining.

Robert has 18 years external recruitment experience across a number of different sectors including rail, civil infrastructure and building & construction.
Robert has worked on a number of the largest projects across New South Wales and over the last few years has been recruiting within the rail technical space. Which has helped him build vast networks nationally and internationally within systems / safety assurance, electrical and signalling engineers and exec level professionals.
Robert also has extensive experience of high volume recruitment drives within tight deadlines.
Stuart brings nearly 10 years of experience working across Blue and White-Collar markets. With a background in Gas Engineering in the UK, Stuart has a wealth of knowledge and the ability to understand company needs and requirements to provide the best resources in the market.
With over 8 years’ experience in the Sydney market, Stuart has developed an extensive network across Engineering, Civils Infrastructure, Utilities, Building & Construction. Stuart has recruited roles at all levels, from Supervisor, Engineers, to General Managers and other Exec level roles.
Russell brings with him over 15 years’ international sales and recruitment experience working in the construction sector across the UK and Australia, with his most experience recruiting for both white and blue collar roles in construction and mining.
Russell has extensive business development and company growth knowledge and experience, whether cultivating new talent or networking with prospect partners, or strengthening existing relationships he plays a key role in developing dynamic strategies in order for Infrastructure People to provide long term value for the industries we work within.
Nitin has been a member of senior executive teams for the past 20 years at large and small organisations including managing a private equity fund for CBA. He has board director experience as well as advising on investments, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
His industry experience includes energy, renewables, and technology. Nitin also worked as a corporate lawyer for 10 years with leading firms in Sydney and London. His expertise includes conducting strategic and commercial reviews, restructuring, project analysis and business development.
